The Mazzer Kony is very quiet and designed for the busy medium-sized café. It is fitted with conical burrs which rotate at a very low speed (like a diesel engine versus a petrol one – lots of torque without the revs), giving a more uniform particle size than flat burrs and a different flavour profile, while keeping the grinds cool at up to 20 kg per week.

Organically painted in silver, white and black, or lacquered in polished aluminium. Available with a programmable keypad for single and double shots.
